Madalena Albuquerque is the Chief Human Resources O[icer (CHRO) at Altice Portugal and Designated Board member of the Altice Foundation.

She began her professional career in internal auditing at Ernst & Young and Portugal Telecom, bringing over 20 years of experience in business management.

In 2006, she embarked on an international career with the Swiss company Syngenta International, where she worked for 11 years in various areas, including business development, sales, and marketing, across Switzerland, Singapore, and Spain.

Upon returning to Portugal, Madalena became an entrepreneur, investing in the company Sakproject, where she served as COO, and later assumed the position of CEO at Hoooked Portugal SA, where she is now a Non-Executive Board Member.

She holds a degree in Economics from Nova School of Business and Economics and an MBA from INSEAD.
